CBS Sports.com reports Vanderbilt offensive tackle Devin Cochran has put his name in the NCAA Transfer Portal. The Norcross, GA native started the last nine games for the Commodores this past season after missing the first three games due to an injury. He will be a graduate transfer wherever he decides to transfer.
