A two-month investigation led to the issuance of two warrants against Riley and he was arrested for felony identity theft, unlawful use of a computer and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Riley is accused of using personal information from various individuals to apply for lines of credit, make purchases, and of accessing online accounts of his victims without their consent.
