Boys: Madisonville remains number one followed by Webster County second, Christian County third, Henderson County fourth with Lyon County rounding out the top five. Hopkinsville is sixth, Caldwell County seventh with Union County, University Heights and Trigg County rounding out the top 10.
Girls: Henderson County is still first with Madisonville second, Webster County third, Christian County fourth and Caldwell County fifth. Union County is sixth, Hopkinsville is seventh with Trigg County, Hopkins Central and Crittenden County rounding out the top 10. University Heights received votes this week.
