The Mixer on Sixth Street in Hopkinsville is open for business and the Christian County Chamber of Commerce helped cut the ribbon Thursday morning.
It’s located in the former Young’s Hardware building on Sixth and is owned by Graham and Heather Dawson.
Graham says they offer a bakery and gourmet coffee during the day and fine dining at night.
He says creating something inside of one of Hopkinsville’s most historic buildings makes their venture even more special.
The Dawsons have partnered with several local businesses—including Milkweed, Siemer Milling, Hampton Meats and many others.
