The website blackandgold.com reports Caldwell County alum Elijah Sindelar will not return to play football for Purdue in the 2020 season. Sindelar played in just four games during the 2019 season as he suffered a concussion and a broken clavicle that ended his season. Multiple knee injuries as well as the injuries this season limited him to play in just five games following the Boilermakers win in the 2017 Foster Farms Bowl in which Sindelar was named MVP. He does have one year of eligibility remaining if he decides to go to another school. Sindelar already has obtained an Electric Engineering degree from Purdue.
