Dean Hood was introduced Saturday as the 19th head coach for Murray State University’s football program. Hood had been serving as an assistant coach at the University of Kentucky and replaces Mitch Stewart who was reassigned within the athletic department last month. Hood also worked eight seasons as head coach at Eastern Kentucky before joining the UK staff.
