The Bowling Green Daily News reports Western Kentucky sophomore post player Charles Bassey’s surgery Tuesday in Houston “exceeded expectations”. He’s recovering from a surgery to repair a tibial plateau fracture in his left leg he suffered in the second half against Arkansas on Saturday. Bassey will miss the remainder of the season.
