Two regional players are on the Kentucky Football Coaches Association’s ballot for their version of Kentucky Mr. Football. Madisonville running back Jeriah Hightower-who led the state in rushing this season-and McCracken County’s Franklin Hayes are among 11 players on the ballot. Voting for the KFCA Coach and Player of the Year concludes this evening.
