Bremen man accused of murder in Greenville man’s death

A Bremen man has been arrested and charged with murder, in connection with the death of a Greenville man Tuesday afternoon.

According to the report from Kentucky State Police, troopers responded to a residence on State Route 189 in Greenville for reports of a man lying in the side yard of the location.  Upon arrival, troopers discovered 42-year old Overton Spoon of Greenville and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

During the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for 19-year old Justin Case of Bremen, who was located and taken into custody around midnight.  Case is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, promoting contraband and third-degree trespassing.
