The Bowling Green Daily News reports Western Kentucky redshirt sophomore running back Joshua Samuel announced on social media Thursday he is placing his name in the transfer portal. The Greenville, SC native led Conference USA freshmen in rushing in 2018 with 639 yards. He had only six carries for 17 yards in four games this season.
