Kentucky State Trooper Rob Austin will be in Elkton for a Cram the Cruiser event Friday and everything collected will stay local.
Last year’s Cram the Cruiser day in Elkton brought in over 7,000 pounds of food for the Todd County Interfaith Center and Trooper Austin says he’s hopeful for another successful day.
He will be in front of Food Giant on West Main Street from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. accepting non-perishable food donations that will again go to Interfaith.
Food donations can also be dropped off at all 16 KSP posts 24 hours a day and will be accepted from 10 until 2 Saturday at the Kroger in Powderly.
