Those needing a little boost to get into the Christmas spirit can get it Tuesday night as the Pennyrile Area Community Band will perform its annual Christmas concert.
It will be at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center at Christian County Middle School and Director Scott Estes says they’ll perform a slew of holiday favorites.
He says there will also be selections that may be new to some listeners.
Estes says it should be fun for the audience and band and he hopes the concert will bring holiday cheer.
There’s no cost to attend the concert, but donations will be collected at the door if anyone wishes to give.
The Pennyrile Area Community Band is made up of about 50 individuals representing all age groups from Christian and surrounding counties.
