Fire destroyed a home in Trigg County Monday morning.
According to Linton Volunteer Fire Department Chief Jason Porter, firefighters were called to 703 Apple Valley Drive about 8:40 a.m. and found the doublewide already fully engulfed in flames.
There were people at home at the time of the blaze, but everyone was able to escape safely and no one was injured. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
The South Road Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
