The City of Hopkinsville has extended the deadline on their customer service survey, which is available to the public to participate in.
According to a news release, citizens will now have until December 6 to take the survey that is designed to measure the customer service provided by city run services in the community. To access the city customer service survey—which takes about five minutes to complete—go online to hoptown.org/survey.
The survey lists each service separately, and individuals can select answer options from strongly agree to strongly disagree, and the questions focus on services, events and first responders. For more information, call the Hoptown Hotline at (270) 887-4000.
