Imagination Library partnering with Comfort Suites

The Hopkinsville-Christian County Imagination Library has a new partnership with Comfort Suites of Hopkinsville to help support the program.

According to a news release, the “Consider it Booked” campaign will last the month of December and Comfort Suites will provide a monetary donation for every hotel room reserved throughout the month.  In exchange, the Imagination Library will provide a reading area in the Comfort Suites lobby for all guests to enjoy. Traveling families are encouraged to utilize this area and freely take books to and from their rooms throughout their stay.

Coordinator Sarah Hardison, “By partnering with the Imagination Library, Comfort Suites is advocating for early literacy in our community. They are recognizing a need and taking action. We are incredibly grateful for their willingness to support our future leaders through the gift of reading.”

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a free program to any child, birth to 5 years old. Enrollment in the program provides an age appropriate book that is delivered to the child’s home each month and is designed to inspire early learning through reading.
