Clarksville police are investigating a bank robbery from Monday morning.
A man entered the Cornerstone Financial Credit Union on Trenton Road about 9:20 a.m. and demanded cash, according to police, who say he used an orange bag to claim the money from the clerks.
The suspect never displayed a gun during the robbery.
He is a white male who stands between 5-10 and 6-2, weighs 170 to 200 pounds and was wearing a dark-colored coat, blue shirt, khaki pants and black sunglasses. He is believed to have entered a vehicle, possibly a Lexus SUV, at the Burger King parking lot near Cornerstone.
The SUV appeared to have a Papa John’s topper on it, but it’s unknown if he works or Papa Johns or has any affiliation.
Anyone with information should call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
