The Cincinnati Reds have acquired right-hander Jose De Leon from the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for cash and a player to be named. De Leon missed the 2018 season after having elbow surgery. He appeared in just four major league innings last year, but pitched in 19 minor league games, starting 15.
