University of Kentucky coach Mark Stoops said during his Tuesday night radio show quarterback Terry Wilson will not participate in spring practice. Wilson has been out for the entire season after suffering a torn patellar tendon after an illegal horse collar tackle in the Eastern Michigan game September 7th.
