One person was injured in a head-on collision Tuesday night in Madisonville.
It was investigated by the Madisonville Police Department, which determined 51-year old Janice Simms of Madisonville was westbound on West Noel Avenue when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a truck driven by 32-year old Christopher Cotton of Slaughters.
Simms was transported by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of injuries. Cotton was not hurt in the crash.
