Fire destroyed a home in Muhlenberg County early Monday morning.
Firefighters responded to the blaze in the 5800 block of KY 171 in the Weir community about 4 a.m. and found half of the structure already collapsed, according to the Greenville Fire Department.
Homeowners had exited the residence and were attempting to save items from the garage.
Central City firefighters provided mutual aid to extinguish the blaze and there were no reports of injuries.
