The planned power outage that had been scheduled for parts of Trigg County Sunday morning to allow maintenance on the Cadiz Substation has been postponed.
Pennyrile Electric officials say the delay is due to the forecast of rainy weather this weekend and the work will be rescheduled soon.
The scheduled outage will now take place Sunday, November 3rd, starting at 12:01 a.m. and is expected to last approximately four hours. It will affected around 1,500 members from Highway 124 East to 8920 Cerulean Road, Highway 139 North to 6320 Princeton Road, from US 68 East from Cadiz to Gracey, the HWEA pump station north of Cadiz and Wallonia.
