Planters Bank has committed $5,000 to the Hopkinsville Community College Foundation about a week before its 13th Annual Gala and Auction.
The event is set for Friday, November 1 at the Bruce Convention Center and the donation from Planters Bank is in underwriting support, according to a news release.
HCC Foundation Executive Director Yvette Eastham says, “For thirteen consecutive years, the HCC Foundation has received major support from Planters Bank for our signature fundraising event, and we are extremely grateful.”
This year’s event will feature tickets to University of Kentucky and University of Louisville basketball, a Millionaire’s Row experience at Churchill, gift baskets with Kentucky made products, a guitar signed by all the band members of the Rolling Stones and more.
