Hopkinsville’s annual Arbor Day Festival held Saturday at Debow Park is all about promoting a cleaner and safer environment for everyone.
Heather Braun is the Hopkinsville Beautification Commission coordinator and says while Arbor Day is actually in the spring, now is the best time to plant trees.
Several organizations and vendors were on hand.
