The City of Hopkinsville is hosting a survey that’s open to the public, set to evaluate the level of customer service in the city.
According to a news release, the public is invited to take the survey that will help measure the customer service provided by city run services in the community, and they’ll be available to take through November 29. To access the city customer service survey—which takes about five minutes to complete—go online to hoptown.org/survey.
Mayor Hendricks says, “We know the community has been approached with surveys often this year. However, we’re genuinely interested in your feedback and improving our performance, so please help take a few minutes to reply so we at #Team Hopkinsville may serve you even better.”
