A Russellville man sought on multiple warrants was arrested following a foot pursuit Tuesday morning in Elkton.
Elkton police Sgt. Rodney Moberly saw 30-year old Kaleb Morrow entering the Five Star convenience store on West Main Street and knew him to be wanted on warrants, according to a news release.
As Sgt. Moberly approached, Morrow allegedly gave false identifying information and then fled on foot.
Sgt. Moberly and Chief Robert Toombs chased Morrow down Jefferson Street to North Main Street, where he was taken into custody with the assistance of Todd County Sheriff’s Sgt. Patrick Turner.
Morrow was served with the warrants and charged with fleeing or evading police, driving on a DUI suspended license and giving an officer false identifying information.
