In the 2nd Region, Madisonville-North Hopkins defeated Trigg County 6 to 0; and University Heights defeated Webster County, 5 to 1. All games were held at the Stadium of Champions.
In the 3rd Region, Daviess County defeated Muhlenberg County, 7 to 1; and Ohio County defeated Owensboro Catholic, 2 to 1.
In the 4th Region, Bowling Green defeated Franklin-Simpson with a score of 8 to 1; and Greenwood defeated Barren County 10 to 0.
