Jerry Kelly at 16 under par was a one shot winner at the PGA Tour Champions SAS Championship over David McKenzie Sunday in Cary, NC. Paducah’s Russ Cochran tied for 36th at two under while Franklin’s Kenny Perry tied for 43rd at even par.
