Thursday’s HS Results
Soccer: Logan County blanked Russellville 5-0 to win the 13th district Boys championship game with Franklin Simpson edging Logan County 5-4 in overtime to win the 13th district Girls title.
Volleyball: University Heights blanked Apollo three sets to none, Webster County edged Christian County 3-2 and Massac County, IL downed Caldwell County 3-0.

Golf: The Boys KHSAA State Golf Tournament begins at Bowling Green Country Club with Hopkinsville’s James Folz along with University Heights’ Weston Wood and Jiles Wyatt playing in the individual portion of the event.
Volleyball: Hopkinsville, Christian County and University Heights are all playing in the Toyota of Hopkinsville West Kentucky Smackdown.
