Princeton woman charged in Hopkinsville thefts

A Princeton woman is facing multiple charges from multiple departments, including the Hopkinsville Police Department, in relation to a theft investigation.

According to a news release from the Princeton Police Department, officers were contacted by the Hopkinsville Police Department in reference to a shoplifting case that happened at the Hopkinsville Hobby Lobby.  Officers made contact with 31-year old Hailey Bargeron of Princeton, who is a suspect in the case.

During the investigation, officers discovered multiple stolen items and drugs at Bargeron’s residence.  Bargeron was arrested and charged with felony receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.  She was additionally served with warrants out of Christian and Caldwell counties for failure to appear and felony theft.
