The Madisonville Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle rollover collision that sent two people to the hospital in Madisonville Wednesday.
According to a collision report, a vehicle driven by 26-year old Brittney Morris of Madisonville was in the left turn lane on East Center Street at a flashing yellow left turn arrow. Due to traffic congestion, she was unable to see oncoming traffic and when she turned, she struck a vehicle driven by 52-year old Sheri Martin of Madisonville.
The two collided, causing Martin’s vehicle to roll before coming to a stop on its driver’s side. Martin and a juvenile passenger were taken to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of possible injuries. Neither Morris nor her passenger were injured.
