Hopkinsville picks up the win, while Christian County falls at Pope John Paul II

The Christian County Colonels were on the road Friday night as they traveled to Hendersonville, Tn to take on Pope John Paul II. The Knights defeated the Colonels 56-8. Pope John  Paul II Quarterback Sawyer Watts threw 6 touchdown passes on the night on 12 of 16 passing for 214 yards. Austin Grant-Hall scored the Colonels only touchdown of the night late in the game on an 8 yard run. Donta Abren found Cam Coleman for the 2 point conversion. The Colonels begin district play Friday night at The Stadium of Champions hosting the Greenwood Gators.
