There will be a hiring event Thursday at the Kentucky Career Center, with several employers scheduled to participate.
The event will go from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Kentucky Career Center on Riverfront Drive and officials there say employers set to attend include Hankook Tire, Pregis, Huhtamaki, Wise Staffing, SMX, Staff Easy and North Central Institute.
Anyone is welcome to attend and apply for open positions.
