Powerball player wins $1 million in Oak Grove

Someone who bought a ticket in Oak Grove won $1 million on the Powerball drawing Saturday night.

That’s according to Kentucky Lottery officials, who say the lucky winner got all five white ball winning numbers correct and missed the power ball.

Lotto officials have not said which store in Oak Grove sold the winning ticket, as they will be conducting security checks at that location before releasing additional information.

The winner has 180 days to come forward and claim their prize at the lottery headquarters in Louisville.

If you are that lucky person, sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a secure location until you are able to make the trip to cash in.
