A Christian County Grand Jury returned several indictments Friday, including for felony receiving stolen property and persistent felony offender.
Indicted for felony receiving stolen property is Bradley Scott Davis of Hopkinsville, who allegedly had allegedly had in his possession a four-wheeler which had been reported stolen in May and valued at $4,000. It was reportedly recovered at a later date but had significant physical damage done to it.
The grand jury indicted 37-year old Jeremy Murphy of Hopkinsville on first-degree persistent felony offender. It indicted cites previous felony indictments Murphy has had, including possession of methamphetamine in 2016, complicity in manufacturing meth in 2011 and manufacturing meth, fleeing or evading police and possession of meth in 2011.
He is lodged in the Christian County Jail on felony charges from March of this year.
