If you’re interested in pursuing a career as a firefighter or in law enforcement, you can learn more information at a Coffee with First Responders event Thursday at the Kentucky Career Center on Riverfront Drive.
It will begin at 10 a.m. and officials say firefighters, paramedics, police officers and representatives of the FBI will be on hand. They will talk about eligibility, criteria and the hiring process and anyone is welcome to attend.
The Kentucky Career Center is more commonly known as the unemployment office and is located across the street from the old police department building in Hopkinsville.
