CBS Sports.com reports the University of Tennessee has added another quarterback to its roster. Former Maryland quarterback Kasim Hill was spotted at practice on Wednesday. He will sit out this year per NCAA transfer rules and be eligible to play in 2020. Hill started the first ten games for the Terrapins last year before an ACL injury caused him to miss the remainder of the season. He announced plans to transfer from Maryland back in February.
