The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in the robbery of a man on Fort Campbell Boulevard on August 10.
According to a news release, the victim had just withdrawn money from an ATM in the 1100 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard around 11:50 p.m. when he was approached by a black male suspect. The suspect was wearing a plaid blue shirt and cargo shorts. He reportedly brandished a handgun at the victim and demanded the money, which the victim provided.
The suspect then fled the scene and the shirt he was wearing was located a short time later on Maple Street. No other suspect information was available and anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
