Clarksville man allegedly made threats to shoot up Washington, D.C. facility

A Clarksville man is being charged after he allegedly threatened to shoot up the Planned Parenthood center in Washington, DC.

Officials say 20-year-old Jacob Cooper posted online messages under a different name last Tuesday and talked about his plans to shoot up the facility.

Cooper allegedly threatened to kill federal agents in a separate message that same day.  If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
