The Tennessee Titans announced today tight end Jonnu Smith and kicker Ryan Succop passed physicals today and are off the physically unable to perform list.
Also today, the Titans announced the signing of undrafted linebacker Quart’e Sapp from the University of Tennessee and waived injured linebacker Nigel Harris. The Titans will play their third preseason game Sunday night hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers.
