Two men in a moving vehicle were shot Saturday afternoon near Peachers Mill Road and McLardy Road in Clarksville.
It happened about 3:30 p.m. and Clarksville police say the victims inside a white Dodge Charger were traveling south on Peachers Mill when a man inside another 2000’s model white Dodge Charger began firing on them.
Both occupants of the first car were struck and that Charger went into the northbound lanes and hit a pickup at McLardy Road.
The suspect’s Charger almost crashed into another vehicle as he fled onto the 101st Airborne Division Parkway and headed toward Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Both shooting victims were in their late teens and were taken to a Nashville hospital. The driver was in critical condition, according to police.
The suspect got away and the only description available is a black male wearing a red hoodie, driving the 2000’s model white Dodge Charger.
Anyone with information on the suspect should call 931-645-TIPS.
