Unemployment was up slightly from June to July across Kentucky.
Kentucky’s July unemployment rate was 4.3 percent, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics, up from 4.1 percent in June.
That was still down a tenth of a point from the July 2018 jobless rate.
The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for July was 3.7 percent, unchanged from June, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
