Clarksville police have determined the cause of death for a man found deceased near a bus stop on Glendale Drive on May 5 was homicide.
Police are not releasing the exact cause of death for 57-year old Matthew Clark, calling that case sensitive information. Clark’s body was spotted by a passerby about 10 a.m. May 5 and it initially appeared he may have been struck by a vehicle.
A news release says as the investigation progressed and with the recent receipt of forensic results, it was determined the death was a homicide.
Police say they have been following leads into Clark’s death and believe there are people that have information which can confirm or provide new particulars into the investigation.
