Several injured in Calloway County collision

Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle wreck in Calloway County Saturday on Highway 641 South, with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Department investigating.

According to a news release, the wreck occurred in the 3800 block of 641 when a vehicle operated by 25-year old Christopher Mullins of Paris, Tennessee was waiting for traffic to clear so he could make a left turn into a parking lot.  He was reportedly rear-ended by a vehicle operated by 21-year old Matthew Adams of Almo, which pushed him into oncoming traffic and he was struck by a third automobile, operated by 36-year old Shanee Dehay of Paris.

Mullins’ passenger, Jessica Palley, along with Dehay and her two juvenile passengers were all transported to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
