Kelly Little Green Men Days Festival coming up later this month

Storming Area 51 likely wouldn’t end well for the thousands who have committed to do so on Facebook, but those curious about life outside of Earth will be more than welcome at the 9th Annual Kelly Little Green Men Days on August 16th and 17th.

Organizer Frank Brown says the festival will go from 5 until 8:30 p.m. on the 16th and from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the 17th and this year’s theme is all about having fun.

Attendees will learn about Area 51 during a presentation Saturday afternoon and Geraldine Sutton Stith will talk about the ‘Kelly Encounter’ of August 21, 1955 during the opening ceremonies Friday evening and again Saturday evening.

Brown says they also have a full slate of live music both days of the festival.
