A Cadiz man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a vehicle from the Princeton Electric Plant in 2018.
According to a news release, officers were able to identify 33-year old Adam Schneider of Cadiz on surveillance video from the electric plant of a vehicle being stolen from the parking lot in August 2018. An arrest warrant was taken out on Schneider in 2018, but law enforcement was unable to locate him.
Schneider was located and arrested in Fayettesville, North Carolina on Monday on warrants out of Christian County and was extradited back to Kentucky. He was charged with felony theft by unlawful taking for the Princeton case.
According to the Christian County Jail website, he’s also facing charges of receiving stolen property, engaging in organized crime and theft of an automobile.
