Woman arrested for felony custodial interference

A Hopkinsville woman was arrested Monday afternoon for felony custodial interference.

An arrest citation for 22-year old Alicea Curtis of Hopkinsville says the father of her child has full-time custody, per the order of a judge in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Curtis had visitation with the child around July 4, but refused to return the juvenile, allegedly sending a text message to the father saying he’d never see the child again.

Officers arrested Curtis at a South Street home following investigation by Hopkinsville police and the Department of Community Based Services.
