An Elkton man was arrested on drug charges Friday following a foot pursuit.
Elkton police knew 37-year old Robert Morgan to be wanted on several outstanding warrants and he was arrested following a foot pursuit, according to a news release. A search of his person led to him being charged with his third offense of possession of methamphetamine, in addition to fleeing or evading police.
