Man charged with felony wanton endangerment

Hopkinsville police served a local man with a criminal summons Tuesday afternoon for felony wanton endangerment.

It alleges that between August 18th and Christmas Eve of last year, 33-year old Christopher Creamer of Hopkinsville sped off from a residence in anger with a child not buckled in and with the doors of the vehicle open.

The summons continues that as the child leaned to shut the door, Creamer slammed on his brakes and the child nearly fell out of the vehicle.

Creamer is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
