Pearl Cohn won the 20 team Best of the West 7-on-7 passing tournament Saturday afternoon at the Stadium of Champions. Pearl Cohn defeated Hopkinsville 48 to 20 in the championship game. The event was hosted by Christian Co. High, Hopkinsville High and Hopkinsville Parks and Rec. Local teams can practice in pads beginning Monday. The Tigers open the season on August 23rd at Kenwood while The Colonels open the season on the 23rd as well at Caldwell Co.
