One person was killed in a structure fire Wednesday afternoon in Butler County.
Kentucky State Police say troopers were contacted at about 3:45 p.m. regarding a residential fire at 266 Granny’s Rockhouse Road in Butler County. Multiple fire departments extinguished the blaze and an unidentified person was found deceased inside.
The victim was taken to the Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
Foul play is not suspected at this time, according to state police.
